I know that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time and, in such case, I may submit my request through one of the methods provided to me in the information notice. I consent to my personal data being recorded on servers located abroad through online communication via the WhatsApp application, whose servers are located at WhatsApp/Facebook data center campus in Prineville, Oregon; and to the transfer of my visual and audio recordings to the extent I have made them public;
• I give consent for my personal data to be processed and for commercial electronic messages (email, phone, etc.) of promotional/marketing content to be sent to me through the channels I select below, for the purposes of promoting the services of the Oral and Dental Health Application and Research Center, conducting research and development regarding the services offered, evaluating my requests and complaints, and contacting me verbally or in writing within this scope.
